MidState Medical Center, a state-of-the-art acute care hospital, serving central Connecticut, has openings for RNs in the Wound Care Center. You will coordinate all treatments of the total nursing care plan for patients in the Wound Care Center. You will be responsible for patient and family teaching, and providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary departments and other patient team personnel in creating and maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. This is a fast paced, outpatient clinic providing wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. CT RN license required, Bachelors Degree, Wound and Hyperbaric Care certification, and ACLS strongly preferred. 2 or more years experience in Wound Care or a Burn Center preferred, but will train qualified candidates. Must have CPR certification and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Full and part time positions, Monday through Friday, flexible schedule. For mor
